We specialise in creating shorts, features, and interactive pieces across genres, and pride ourselves on creating a sustainable community for creatives of any background.

Founder - Rebs Fisher-Jackson [She/her]

Graduating from Cardiff University with a degree in English Literature, Rebs has long had a passion for storytelling - she decided to marry this with her love of film and has been working in the industry since December 2019.

Since then, she has worked in the production office for Good Gate Media and HBO/42 Productions, as well as qualifying as a script supervisor. As a script supervisor, Rebs has worked for the likes of Lucasfilm, BBC, Hulu, S4C, interactive films, and indie companies. As a a proud advocate for LGBTQ+ rights, Rebs is particularly proud of her work on set for the hard-hitting trans youth storyline in Casualty and as an LGBTQ+ script consultant on interactive film Ten Dates.

Rebs was diagnosed with M.E. in 2011, a chronic disability that affects her daily life and makes the unsociable nature of film industry hours twice as difficult. She decided to create Reputation Films to support a more sustainable way of filming to make the film industry more accessible to all. Reputation Films was created to foster a creative home for under-represented crew within the industry (particularly members of the LGBTQ+ community, those with disabilities, BAME individuals, and those from lower socio-economic backgrounds).

As a writer, Rebs' specialty is fantasy/sci-fi, coming-of-age stories, historical and literary adaptations, and interactive scripts.
